No-one plays Far Cry to find an interesting story, they play it for the environment, the characters and the gameplay. All along, it could have been a better choice to just be friends with Min and not even join the Golden Path. If you choose to side with him (bit of a random choice) you will actually get a better ending. After all that murdering and destroying his property, he still welcomes you and offers you dinner. It’s an interesting twist, though, how friendly Pagan Min always is to you. The most you get is a bit of a secret extra cutscene in Tirtha after the credits, showing your leader of choice laying the groundwork for their own evil regime, after which you can freely kill them. You obviously do not turn your back to Amita/Sabal and execute Pagan Min. The smart choice you have fought for the Golden Path for at least 15 hours now and killed countless footsoldiers just to get to Min. It feels (to some extent) similar to Far Cry 3′s story.
